Prof. Dr. MICHAEL ERHART

Prof. Dr. PH Michael Erhart is a psychologist and graduated in 2007 at the Universität Bielefeld on the subject of test-theoretical limits and possibilities of quality of life recording. He worked as a research fellow at the Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, the Robert Koch Institute in Berlin, the Universität Bielefeld and the Universitätklinikum MHamburg-Eppendorf, where he participated in various international health research projects and studies. He also worked as a guest lecturer for quality of life at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich and as a guest lecturer in statistics at the Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften in Hamburg. Until 2018 he was working at the Zentralinstitut für die Kassenärztliche Versorgung in Deutschland, where he headed the Department of Health Services Research and Risk Structure and leads the office of Scientific Advisory Board for Research Funding. In 2015, he was appointed professor of psychology, in particular clinical psychology and diagnostics, at the Apollon Hochschule der Gesundheitswirtschaft in Bremen, where he has been working part-time since then. In 2018 he was appointed professor of health and rehabilitation science with a focus on applied health services research at the Alice-Salomon-Hochschule Berlin.
