Tim Tenbensel is an Associate Professor in health policy at the School of Population Health, University of Auckland, New Zealand. He is the co-editor of two recent books: Health Reforms Across the World; and Organizing Care in a Time of COVID-19. Since the late 1990s he has researched and published extensively in the areas of health and public policy, comparative health systems and policy and health policy implementation. His current research interests are focused on primary health care policy and the use of health system performance indicators in policy.
